  • Biography

    Wen-Hsiao is a Visiting Faculty Member at MERL from Aug. 2026 to Jan. 2027. His research interests span mmWave radar-based human pose estimation, learning-based visual data coding and processing, and computer vision. He previously served as Chair of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society Visual Signal Processing and Communications Technical Committee and as Editor in Chief of the IEEE Journal on Emerging and Selected Topics in Circuits and Systems. He is an IEEE Fellow.
