Biography
Kenji joined Mitsubishi Electric's Industrial Electronics & Systems Laboratory in 1996. He moved to Mitsubishi Electric's Advanced R&D Center where he developed microwave object detection sensors, laser object detection sensors, vehicle sensors and train location sensors. He joined MERL in 2014 as a Liaison Manager. He then returned to Japan and led the development planning group of Corporate R&D in HQ of Mitsubishi Electric before rejoining MERL in 2025.
